Shipping

All packages are shipped within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed before 16:00 on Saturdays are also shipped the same day. So you can always expect your item at your home very quickly! You will always receive a link to track your shipment in your mailbox. The shipping carrier PostNL is used for all orders.

ZONE 1: The Netherlands (1-2 business days)

When you place an order above €50,- shipping is always free. The costs for a package up to €50 are €4,95.

ZONE 2: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Sweden (1-5 business days).

When you place an order above €75,- shipping is always free. The costs for a package up to €75 are €9,95.

ZONE 3: REST OF EU + UNITED KINGDOM (5-10 business days).

When you place an order above €100,- shipping is always free. The costs for a package up to €100 are €11,95.

ZONE 4: REST OF THE WORLD (10-15 business days).

When you place an order above €150,- shipping is always free. The costs for a package up to €150 are €15,50. Please note: a possible extra fee for customs duties and import taxes will be charged on delivery.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are allowed within 30 days after the arrival date of your ordered items. Products may only be returned unworn, undamaged and in intact packaging. Don’t forget to add your name or order number.

The return costs are for your own account and it is the buyer’s responsibility to send the package correctly. Always send your return with a track & trace code via PostNL, so you can be sure that the package will arrive.

Without a track & trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to be eligible for a refund. 

Furthermore, it is not possible to exchange items. You can of course return the package and place a new order.
